This series of expressive drawings delves into the psychological concept of the persona—the constructed self, the mask we wear. Sustaining it feels like existing at the vertex of two lines, a precarious balance between authenticity and expectation, self and other.
Through sharp contrasts, fragmented forms, and gestural marks, these drawings embody the tension of maintaining a facade, the strain of holding together disparate identities. The intersection of lines becomes a space of friction, where the persona is both shaped and fractured.
